At the cellar, Éric curates a wine list that is 100% Spanish and privately imported, a true invitation to explore lesser-known terroirs and grape varieties. His selection, crafted in harmony, or deliberate contrast, with the dishes, is complemented by a cocktail menu inspired by classics, subtly reinterpreted with the seasons.
